Terms of Service

Welcome to King Lalibela Market. By using this marketplace — browsing, purchasing, or selling — you agree to the following terms.

Buying

Product listings are provided by independent vendors. Prices and availability may change, and we reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or fraud. Orders over $15 ship free; purchases are processed through our secure checkout partner, and by completing checkout you agree to their payment terms.

Selling

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of their products, honoring orders they receive, and the commission rates that apply to their sales. We may suspend vendor accounts that violate marketplace policies or applicable law.

General

The marketplace is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the marketplace means you accept the current version.
